Review: All the Crooked Saints

All the Crooked SaintsAll the Crooked Saints by Maggie Stiefvater

My rating: 1 of 5 stars

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE BOOK:
I’m not pointing the finger at any books, but if I had to say the reason for my book slump… it may involve this book.

CHARACTERS/DYNAMICS:
Let’s just say, they weren’t for me. I didn’t enjoy any of them.

PLOT:
It’s some sick type of giant analogy and it f*cking blew.

STRUCTURE:
Epic and intense if it were a movie— incredibly dull and confusing as a reader.

If you enjoyed the movie adaption of Beautiful Creatures— you’re going to love this book.

THEMES:
– f*cking miracles?
– … owls???
– The Hispanics presence in Colorado???

QUOTES:
I’ll give this book 5/5 stars for the opening chapter sentences. The rest of the content is a pile of poop.

THE ENDING:
I stopped caring at that point.

IMPACT:
Never. Ever. Give In. To. The. Hype. ARGH!!!
